Never before OCW presented such a radical programme as with the last crimmp_12 series. Visitors underwent the full scope of experience starting with a sculptural intervention in the ocw-hallway by Ron Nout, followed by a splattering opening ritual with a sourish field of fire by 'pacemaker' Jozef van Rossum, then the ear appealing candlelight intimacy of the consonance of lute and viola da gamba by Lutz and Martina Kirchhof and finally the eardrum scourging performance of Simonis and Bentos, rounding off the evening. 24, 25 & 26 May, 2013. SROTO

Sroto- the Sranan Tongo word for ‘lock' ánd ‘key‘ - is the title of a musical performance for two actors and one guitarist. Sroto is the sublimation of the experiences that theatermaker Alida Neslo and visual artist Arnold Schalks shared during their working period with juvenile delinquents of the Juvenile Re-education Centre (JOG) in Santa Boma. Sroto was only performed twice on Friday evening February 26, 2010. De Surinaamsche Bank, Paramaribo, Suriname.
