ÉCRIRE (2005)
Dit is een werkstuk waar de microben veel moeite mee hebben. Het zou kunnen zijn dat de microbiologische kunstklimatologische indicatorsoorten weinig begrip hebben van het geschreven woord. Hoe dan ook, op dit kunstwerk was geen enkel micro-organisme te vinden. Wel vonden we beginnende schimmelvorming. Dit kan een teken van aparte klasse zijn. Maar misschien is het beter als de kunstenaar de taal overlaat aan de dichters en zich voortaan wat meer op de voorstelling zal gaan richten, zodat de micro-organismen meer eer van hun werk zullen hebben.
The microbes had difficulties with this piece of work. It is possible that the microbial art climatological indicator species have little notion of the written word. Anyhow, we found no micro-organisms on this artwork. What we did find was a start of fungus formation. This might indicate a class of its own. But perhaps it is recommendable that the artist leaves language to the poets and, from now on, focusses on depiction, so that the micro-organisms can receive a little more credit for their work.
